The launch offer is open to the first 15 businesses to book and pay. Once all 15 slots are booked, the offer closes.

Each launch pack includes:

• 4 static social media posts
• 2 carousel posts of up to 6 slides each
• 1 short video of about 15 seconds, built from a template with simple motion
• A caption for each piece

One pack covers one business for one occasion or campaign, such as a festive menu, a sale or Valentine's Day. All designs are made for digital use at 1080 × 1350 px, sized for Instagram and Facebook feeds, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Print files, extra sizes, other platforms, hand animation and any extra pieces are not included, and I'm happy to quote for them separately.

R3,000 for each slot

If your business is based outside of South Africa, I'll confirm the price when you get in touch.

The pack is paid in full upfront. Your slot is confirmed once I've received your payment and confirmed it to you in writing. I'll confirm the payment methods available to you by email, and any fees your bank or payment provider charges on your side are yours to cover.

After you've paid, we'll confirm or talk through the details together: what you're using the posts for, the occasion or offer, the key dates and the information each piece needs to include. I'll confirm the agreed details in writing.

I take on two to three packs a week, so I schedule each pack around what it's for and when you need to post it. Once the details are confirmed and I have all of your material, I'll deliver your pack within 5 working days, unless we've agreed a later date.

For Valentine's Day, book by 21 January 2027 and send your material in time for delivery by 1 February 2027, so you have time to schedule your posts.

• Your logo, and any brand colours or fonts you use
• 6 to 15 photos of your products, food, space or team
• The occasion, the offer and the key details, such as dates, prices and booking links

If you don't have photos, I can design with type and illustration instead. By sending material, you confirm that you have the right to use it, as set out in my standard terms.

If I haven't received your material within 5 days of booking, I may cancel the booking in writing. If we hadn't yet confirmed the details, I'll refund your payment in full. If the details had already been confirmed, the payment isn't refundable, regardless of whether you supplied me with assets or not.

Each pack includes one round of changes. Please send them as a single list in writing, by email or direct message, within 5 working days of delivery. If I don't receive feedback within that time, I'll treat the pack as approved.

Further rounds of changes, or changes that fall outside the details we confirmed, aren't included, and I'll quote for them separately before doing the work.

• If you cancel before we've confirmed the details of your pack, I'll refund your payment in full.
• Once the details are confirmed and your pack is scheduled, the payment isn't refundable.
• If I'm unable to deliver your pack, I'll refund your payment in full.

Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

All launch packs must be delivered by 28 February 2027. If a pack can't be delivered by then because your material or feedback hasn't reached me, the booking ends, and the payment isn't refundable if the details had already been confirmed.

Once your pack is delivered, you can use the finished designs to promote your business on any platform, and you're free to edit the captions. Source and working files aren't included, as set out in my standard terms.

I may show the finished work in my portfolio and in promotion for the studio. If you'd rather I didn't, let me know in writing before work starts.

I may update these terms for future bookings. The version on this page when you booked is the one that applies to your pack.
